While waiting for the first of the year, I am going to post some Christmas photos I shot recently. I upgraded my camera and was taking some test shots.
I saw an easy project to make on Pinterest, so I had to try:
That came out pretty good if I say so myself! Next, I saw some long exposure tricks for Christmas trees. So I had to try that:
Pretty cool, eh? The 1st one I shot by zooming out on a 4 sec. shutter speed. The 2nd one, I have a tree stand that turns. So I set the shutter speed to 8 sec, and shot the tree as it spun.
And this final picture is just me trying for some beautiful bokeh with my 50mm 1.8 lens.
So, there ya go! I hope you enjoyed my little experiments! Here's wishing you all a very Merry Christmas!
